Life's been pretty gooood lately. I really can't complain.
After Monday i'll officially have one month left of schooling (book work), then one month of externship after that. never thought an 8 month program would fly by thisss fast. i'm honestly proud of myself for sticking through it; driving to citrus heights from sac every monday - thursday, for a 10-3pm class. i'm just dedicated to getting my job over with, and starting a career :)
It'll be sad to leave Hallmark though. No joke. I know it sounds lame & all, but DANG, i was there forever. it was my first real job, and been my only real job since i started working at 17. crazy right? Made some good friends since i've been there. i guess you can say i'm grateful that a few of them weren't just my coworkers, but also my friends. :)
Getting back in touch with old friends always gives me a complete feeling.
For instance, a friend of mine from junior high recently found me on myspace. i know its normally not that big of a deal, but this guy was one of my best friends. i lost touch with him for about 2-3 years, missed him like crazy. so the fact that he found me made me feel more complete. he's just one of those people who i automatically clicked with, it didn't take time to trust him, get to know him, blah blah blah. it all just happened, i guess.
One of my best friends since junior high recently turned 21. Holy geeeez makes me feel like time is flying by too fast. One minute she & i were in the 7th grade, the next minute we're 21. I practically grew up with her. she was there through first boyfriend, basketball team phase, high school years, and even watching certain people of my family grow up & have kids of their own. She's one of those people you can lose touch with for months, then out of no where call each other and end up having a non-stop talking conversation for like an hour. she's a real example of a true friend.
tomorrow is bongbong's 3rd birthday party.
i absolutely love family get togethers. i'm going to most def take plenty of kodak moments. the party will be at a jump house, so you know i gotta wear my cutesy hello kitty toesy socks. haha. then another night of drinkin' with the cousins. can't wait. its just lame that DCbaybeh will be in SL, handling family business. i can't hate on that, there's always next time. :)
anyway. i'm done. my mind is going blank trying to think of things to say.
